We are Cody and Jennifer and we live in Southern California. Welcome to our site.
It's really hard to know where to begin. Just like you probably never thought you'd be reading a letter like this, we didn't imagine we'd be writing one either. But we're so glad we are! One thing we know for sure is that we can't wait to start our family through adoption and to build a life-long relationship with you.
Having a family is very important to us. Together we have built a warm, laughter-centered home ready for the chaos of raising children. Our friends are all starting families now, so our child will have lots of little friends to run and play and get good and dirty with!
We've tried to put a lot of our thoughts and feelings about life and parenting in the pages of our site to give you a good idea of who we are and to help you in making this difficult but loving decision for your baby. We really look forward to getting to know you and welcoming you into our family too.
From the outset we want you to know we are fully committed to Open Adoption. It's our intention to work out a contact agreement with you before the child is born that works for all of us. That way you will know from the start exactly what you can expect from us. We see that including emails, photos, phone calls and visits, but we want to know what works for you.
